Are your products original?
Yes. Everything we sell is stock we hold and pack ourselves, and every order goes out with our name on it. Check the seals and expiry dates when your order arrives; if anything seems off, send us the order number on WhatsApp and we'll make it right.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, or Whish. Nothing is charged when you place the order: pay the courier in cash on arrival, or we contact you to arrange the Whish transfer before dispatch.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
Everywhere in Lebanon, usually within 1–3 business days of confirmation. The courier calls to coordinate. See Shipping & delivery.
What does delivery cost?
Your delivery fee is calculated and shown at checkout, before you place the order. Some campaigns waive it.
Can I return something?
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Supplements cannot be returned once opened; sealed supplements are generally not returnable unless marked otherwise or approved by our team. See Returns & refunds.
My order arrived wrong or damaged.
Message us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
How are refunds paid?
Approved refunds are sent through Whish within 3 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before dispatch. After dispatch, the returns policy applies instead. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Where is my order?
If you ordered while signed in, check your orders. Otherwise message us with your order number.
