Delivery times
Orders usually arrive within 1-3 business days anywhere in Lebanon, counted from when we confirm your order. Timing can shift a little depending on your area and the delivery company's schedule.
Delivery fees
Delivery is a flat $4 anywhere in Lebanon. Delivery offers are applied in your cart. You see the exact amount in your cart before you check out.
Paying for your order
- Cash on delivery. Pay the courier when your order arrives. Having the exact amount ready helps.
- Whish. We contact you to arrange the transfer, then dispatch your order once it comes through.
Before your delivery
Once your order is confirmed, we hand it to our delivery partner. The courier gets in touch before they arrive to agree on a time and confirm your address. If you have an account, you can follow every order under Orders.
Stay reachable
Double-check your phone number and address at checkout. The courier calls to coordinate, and if they can't reach you, your delivery may be delayed. Something changed after you ordered? Message us and we'll sort it out.
Missed deliveries
If the courier can't reach you, they try again the next business day. After two missed attempts the order comes back to us, and we get in touch to arrange a new delivery.
